Basic Rates per room, which are for double occupancy, are listed on the accommodations page. For additional guest(s) add $15.00 per guest. Children ages six and under, who are accompanied by an adult, stay at no additional cost.
A full complimentary breakfast is served each weekday (Monday - Friday) morning from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., and on each weekend (Saturday - Sunday) morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. in the Main House Dining Room.
Payment:
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and personal checks are accepted.
Taxes:
An 11 percent tax will be added, which consists of a 6% sales tax and a 5% room tax.
Pets:
No pets are permitted.
Cancellations:
If your plans change and you must cancel your reservations we require that you notify us by 6:00 p.m. at least five days prior to your scheduled arrival for an immediate and complete refund. On shorter notice deposits are refunded only if the room is subsequently rented by another guest for the date(s) reserved. Cancellations with five days or shorter notice will be charged a $10.00 service fee.
Check-In:
Check-in time is 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Check-Out:
Check-out time is before 12:00 noon.
Parking:
Ample free parking is provided off-street directly behind the Main House.
Special Events:
A premium charge may be added to the basic rate for special, regional events such as the Tall Stacks celebration. Please contact the innkeeper for further rate information regarding special events.
